In California there are well over 1,200 unions representing over 2.1 million union  members in manufacturing, retail, construction, hospitality, public sector, health care, entertainment and other industries. Spiker Consulting has collaborated with local unions and craft trades, including Teamsters Local 986, the largest local in Joint Council 42 covering 3 states and 20,000 members. AFSCME District Council 36 represents another 20,000 in Southern California. Our team provided direction and assistance to their organizations in navigating the municipal and county government landscape.
